Peru and Amazon has the pleasure to invite the launch of "The River Basin Inambari: aquatic environments, biodiversity and dams," authors Michael Goulding, Ronaldo Barthem, Carlos Cañas, Max Hidalgo and Hernán Ortega . This book is an analysis of Inambari River Basin, a major tributary of the headwaters region of Andean-Amazonian and their aquatic habitats including wetlands and aquatic fauna and the need to adequately address potential impacts of the proposed hydroelectric Inambari.

The presentation will take place on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Foresta Hotel and Suites, Calle Libertadores 490, San Isidro.

At the end of the event will be a toast of honor.
